Optimum Nutrition Pre workout
* It mixes pretty good, but not great. You'll notice that if you use two scoops with 8-10 oz. water, it can get pretty foamy at the top. So when you're done with the initial 8-10 oz., add some more water into your shaker to get the excess.
* It tastes very good. I've tried some very bad pre-workouts, taste wise (Beast, Universal Nutrition Shock Therapy, etc.). This has a nice and not-fizzy taste that tastes like a good juice. I got the Fruit Punch (pretty standard) and it was good. No issues.
* In terms of how it works, even with two scoops I never got that rush. I'm the type of person that likes that itchy jittery feeling to just blast through my workouts. This didn't provide me with that. However, I did notice that my energy did increase and I was able to get a few extra reps out of it, so it does what it's supposed to. It's just a personal preference of how I'd like to feel with a pre-workout.
